SUBSTANCE: the device has outer and inner current-conducting surfaces, each of them is connected to the respective positive or negative lead of the high-voltage capacitors unit, the current-conducting surfaces are made profiled and perforated with equidistantly arranged slots in a chess-board, cell or rectilinear order, and provided with an electrocontact heater connected to the outer current-conducting surface made of an alloy with a shape memory effect and protected by a dielectric and camouflage coating, and an impact sensor installed on the protective object, and a control unit and a supply source connected to it.
