FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnosis, analytical chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method provides the enhanced precision in determination of the blood glucose concentration in humans. Method involves measurement of the complete skin electric resistance value or one of component of the complete skin electric resistance value and the blood glucose concentration is determined by the following expression: wherein G(t) is the determinable blood glucose concentration value in the time moment t; Go is the blood glucose concentration value in the initial time moment in the process of measurement; q is a value characterizing the human body ability to maintain homeostasis with respect to the blood glucose concentration; G1 = Go - q; ao - a coefficient characterizing the connection between values of the complete skin electric resistance or values of components of the complete electric resistance and the blood glucose concentration of a particular human; a1 is a coefficient taking into account the variability of external factors and the particular human body specificities; N(x) means the normalized measured values of the complete skin electric resistance or components of the skin electric resistance where cited values q, ao and a1 are determined in preparing period when the complete skin electric resistance or components of the complete skin electric resistance are measured simultaneously for time T the blood concentration is determined by invasive method, and cited values q, ao and a1 are determined by approximation of the blood glucose concentration dependence obtained by invasive method in the cited dependence G(t). Time value T is selected to be sufficient in order to fix changes in the blood glucose concentration associated with the natural diary cycle in its alteration or induced artificially, for example, by nutrition, physical loading, injection of glucose preparations or insulin. In other case the glucose concentration is determined by the following expression:
wherein is the determinable blood glucose value concentration in the time moment tm; Go is the blood glucose concentration in the initial time moment in the measurement process; q is a value characterizing ability of human body to maintain homeostasis to the blood glucose concentration; G1 = Go - q; ao is a coefficient characterizing the connection between the complete skin electric resistance values or components of the complete skin electric resistance and the blood glucose concentration in a particular human; a1 is a coefficient taking into account the variability of external factors and specificities of the particular human body; N(tk) are the normalized measured values of the complete skin electric resistance or components of the complete skin electric resistance wherein tk-1 and tk mean moments in recording discrete reading beginning from zero moment at to = 0 and where k is a real whole number (k = 1,2,…m). The cited values q, ao and a1 are determined in the preparing period when the complete skin electric resistance or components of the complete skin electric resistance are measured simultaneously for time T and the glucose concentration is measured by invasive method, and the cited values q, ao and a1 are determined by the approximation way of the blood glucose concentration dependence on the cited dependence value G(t). The time value T is selected to be sufficient in order to fix changes in the blood glucose concentration associated with the natural diary cycle in its alteration, or induced artificially, for example, by nutrition, physical loading, injection of glucose preparations and insulin.
