FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. To estimate change of glucose level change in human blood claimed invention uses change of volume of interstitial fluid compartments in muscular tissues, which takes place because of fluid movement between extracellular and intracellular compartments, resulting from changes of osmotic pressure of extracellular fluids, which in their turn correlate with glucose level. Change of volume of interstitial fluid compartments is detected due to non-invasive conductometric change with application of electrodes, which contact with person's skin, covering part of soft tissue, including muscle fibres. To exclude negative impact of capillary vessel conductivity in claimed group of inventions measurement of tissue conductivity is performed in two directions, namely, parallel and perpendicular to muscle fibres.

EFFECT: increase of estimation efficiency.
