SUBSTANCE: due to a double-indicator radionuclide assay one should detect average transit time of diffusing /sec and nondiffusing /sec indicators, minute cardiac volume (MV), calculate extravascular pulmonary liquid (EPL) in ml/sq. m by the following formula:, by the data obtained one should calculate D value with the help of discriminant equation D = 0.115 x EPL and at its value being 12.55 and higher it is possible to diagnose endotoxicosis. The present innovation increases accuracy of diagnostics due to higher permeability of vessels and output of blood liquid part out of vascular pathway.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of diagnostics.
