FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: determined are: content of anti-influenza antibodies in paired blood serum is determined, as index second serum (A) is used, concentration of medium molecular peptides (units of optic density) in reconvalescence period on the 12-14 day (B), level of total hemoglobin (g/l) in period of height of the disease on the 2-4 day (C), level of total hemoglobin (g/l) in reconvelescence period on the 12-14 day (D); after that, value of discriminant function D is calculated by means of discriminant equation by equation with boundary value, equal (-51.34). If D value is equal or is higher than boundary value of discriminant function, absence of intrauterine infection of fetus is predicted, if D is lower than boundary value of discriminant function, intrauterine infection of fetus is predicted.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of predicting intrauterine infection of fetus in women with influenza in the second trimester of pregnancy in case of anemia syndrome.
