METHOD FOR PARACLINICAL EVALUATION OF ENDOTOXICOSIS SEVERITY AT PATHOLOGICAL FLOW OF PREGNANCY Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, clinical laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with studying spectrogram of blood plasma and erythrocytes, calculating thrombocytic number and detecting arterio-venous difference by oxygen followed by calculating diagnostic index D₁ by the following formula: at certain values of given parameters. At D₁ being below - 0.5 one should diagnose a compensated phase of endotoxicosis, and if D₁ is above - 0.5 significant conclusion is made upon endotoxicosis manifestation and severity degree is established by the following formula: D₂ = K₁×P₄+K₂×P₅+K₃×O2(a-y)-const.. At D₂ being below 0 it is possible to diagnose a decompensated phase At D₂ being above 0 one should conclude significantly upon subcompensated phase of endotoxicosis. The innovation provides the possibility to predict endotoxicosis severity degree in female patients at pathological flow of pregnancy. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaluation.
