SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out interpersonal diagnosis setting the results of which are used for determining persons possessing dominant non-conformity tendencies, inclined to conflicting and, when any, expelling them from the group. Leader is detected and role functions are defined for each member belonging to the group as generator or resonator or realizer. Intellect quality indices are measured like K_i and K_ct. The measured levels are normalized to corresponding intelligence levels Kmini

and Kminct by using K_i/Kmini = KNi , K_ct/ Kminct = KNct . Single person is left from the group of persons showing marked independency of opinion, persistence and tendency to leadership. Creaphority index K_cp is additionally measured and normalized as K_cp/Kmincp = KNcp. Two of three indices KNi, KNct, KN cp is less than one, the persons are expelled from the group. Structuring a group and determining role function of every member in the group is carried out from maximum value of KNi, KNct, KN cp values.

EFFECT: accelerated task solving time in the cases of ill-structured problems; excluded expelling of persons possessing high value of role potential.
