FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to psychology of general abilities (intellect, learning capability, creativity) and can be used in formation of teams of mixed type, which include males and females, for solution of creative tasks. Interpersonal diagnostics is carried out. Readiness of each of team group to solution of creative tasks is diagnosed, for this purpose levels of analytical, creative and practical intellect are measured. Measured levels are standardised by preliminarily set - minimal levels; people who have, at least, two standardised indices lower than one, are excluded from the team. Males are diagnosed by their tender guideline and males with expressed negative tender guideline are excludes from team. Leader is brought out and role functions of remaining members of team are determined.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase productivity of mixed type team creative work and to reduce probability of its break up because of possible demonstration of negative tender manifestations by males.
