Then one should make expert conclusion according to the results of testing to detect the chosen tactics of riskiness, the level of successfulness, the rate of teaching, stability of activity, the degree of resistance after fulfilling incorrect actions along with parallel analysis of functional tension caused in a concrete person by different stages of testing. It is necessary to conduct a final interview that provides concrete evaluation of the detected psychophyseological qualities of a person and recommends to apply positive qualities or correction of individual qualities for further professional orientation and selection. The innovation in question enables to analyze a person's ability for quick adaptation under new conditions of activity or crisis circumstances.
