FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves selective persons distinguished by high productivity on the basis of their previous professional achievements. Creative ability on the basis of intellect quality level and creativity is evaluated; interpersonal diagnostic tests are applied. Test results give basis for excluding persons whose intellect quality and creativity level is lower in given art, respectively. The interpersonal test results give basis for excluding nonconforming persons disposed to conflicts. Single person is selected from persons showing mining independence, persistency and tendency to leadership in the group, one possessing the highest creativity level.
