FIELD: medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, neurosurgery.

SUBSTANCE: one should carry out laser doppleroflowmetry in cutaneous autonomic innervation areas of tested nerves for 10 min. Moreover, it is necessary to calculate neurogenic tonicity (NT) of afferent microvessels on a percentage basis by the following formula: where - average quadratic deviation of circulation fluctuations' amplitude against average arithmetic value, - averaged maximum amplitude of circulation fluctuations within 0.02-0.06 Hz. Then one should calculate the degree for circulation decrease at respiration delay for 15 sec by the following formula on a percentage basis: where, - minimum value for tissue perfusion at carrying out respiratory sampling, - initial value for tissue perfusion. At deviated neurogenic tonicity against control value for and value for circulation decrease at respiratory sampling for one should diagnose affected sympathetic vasomotor function of wrist nerves. The method enables to increase reliability of diagnostics due to taking into consideration two parameters of adrenergic vascular innervation.
