FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating microcirculation parameters of finger phalanges in autonomous zones of median and ulnar nerve innervation. Microcirculation is evaluated by applying Doppler laser flowmetry before, in course and during 1 min after making electric stimulation of the same zones at 2 Hz frequency with stimulus duration of 0.5 ms and current intensity selected below the pain threshold. Microcirculation increment rate, general time of Doppler laser flowmetry plot growth under electric stimulation and growth segment latent period reduction being observed, hand nerve trophic function deficiency is concluded to be the case. EFFECT: high accuracy and non-invasive diagnosis method. 1 dwg
