FIELD: medicine, traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: one should register neutralized cutaneous circulation in autonomous area of nerve's innervation for 6 min, calculate standardized neutralized maximal amplitude (Ac) of fluctuation in circulation of microcirculatory flow within 0.052-0.069 Hz according to the following formula: Ac = A/σ, where A - neutralized maximal amplitude of circulatory fluctuations in the above-mentioned frequency range, σ - average quadratic deviation of the amplitude of circulatory fluctuations against average arithmetic value. At deviation of Ac value against neutralized control value by ±30% one should diagnose disorders or antidromic function of sensory peptidergic nervous fibers. The innovation enables to increase reliability of diagnostics due to carrying investigations under conditions of physiological rest.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of diagnostics.
