SUBSTANCE: one should obtain anamnesis, carry out ultrasound studying of thyroid gland, perform screening noninvasive methods of xenobial loading followed by psychological testing to detect functional activity of patient's thyroid gland. According to the Table of risk factors for the development of thyroid dysfunction it is necessary to conduct integral evaluation for the risk in development of thyroid dysfunction by the following formula:

where - no informative sign; - availability of informative sign; - expert evaluation for I-sign confidence and at Q value being above 26.5 one should diagnose thyroid dysfunction.

EFFECT: higher efficiency for earlier diagnostics.
