SUBSTANCE: apparatus has central and peripheral gripping units with slots for receiving of rings and half-circles of bone fracture treating device. Peripheral unit is mounted on slide movable along guiding arch fixed on slide, which is movable along arced member positioned for rotation in horizontal plane on shaft. Guiding columns are arranged on shaft for displacement in horizontal plane in conjunction with shaft on slide. The latter is positioned for displacement in vertical plane on guiding columns fixed on bracket of axial displacement mechanism comprising leverage system, casing, feed screw and brackets. Said displacements and rotation are provided by means of feed screws. Central and peripheral units have spherical pivot joints, helical clamps and retainer screws for fixing rings and half-circles of bone fracture treating device in slots. Apparatus is used for repositioning of fractured bone fragments in conjunction with compression and distraction units, such as intraosteal fixation rods, for external fixation.
EFFECT: simplified construction and increased repositioning precision.
