FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for treatment of combined fractures of pelvic and femoral bones comprises a left and a right pelvic supports and a pubic unit equipped with a femoral module. Each support consists of two flat arcs equipped with holes, interconnected in pairs, located one above the other. From the rear edge, the upper and lower arcs are connected by a threaded rod. From the front edge, the arcs are connected by a rectangular bar provided with holes. An L-shaped plate is cantilevered on the upper arc. One end of the L-shaped plate is fixed to the arc with a bolt at the junction of the arc with the bar, and the free end of the plate is equipped with a longitudinal slot-hole. The bars of the left and right pelvic supports are connected by two parallel threaded rods equipped with a fixable single-axis hinge installed in the middle part of the length of the rod. A threaded rod is installed on one rod, whereon two bone screws intended to be inserted into the pubic bones are fixed. Each bar comprises a through hole in the middle wherein a bone screw intended to be inserted into the anterior superior spine of the iliac wing is installed. The left and right pelvic supports each contain two bone screws intended to be inserted into the iliac wing. One of the bone screws is located on the superior arch closer to the posterior edge thereof. The second bone screw is located on the L-shaped plate. The upper arc is longer than the lower arc. The bat in the middle part is made cylindrical. The middle through hole in the bar is made in form of a groove with cylindrical recesses inclined relative to each other, intended to accommodate a bone screw. The single-axis hinge connecting the threaded rod is equipped with a toothed fixating element. One hinge bracket comprises teeth. The second hinge bracket comprises a movable, spring-loaded pin intended to prevent spontaneous rotation of the hinge. The threaded rod of the pubic unit is equipped with a single-axis hinge. A femoral module is connected to one pelvic support through a fixated spherical hinge mounted on the lower arc, wherein said module comprises two rings with cross spokes intended to fixate the distal femur. The rings are connected to the pelvic support by a frame whereon bone fixating elements are installed on sliders, configured to execute dosed movement along and across the frame, intended to be inserted into the fragments of the femur. The frame is configured to execute dosed movement relative to the rings and the pelvic support. The rings are connected by a telescopic distraction rod with the lower threaded rod. The threaded connections are equipped with nut screws. The bone screws and the rods are installed on brackets.
EFFECT: invention allows to stabilise pelvic and femoral bones in the anatomically correct position and to perform postoperative correction of the position of bones and fragments.
