FIELD: medicine, prophylaxis.
SUBSTANCE: as curative and prophylactic preparations one should apply derivatives of 4-isopropyltoluene introduced perorally daily for 2-60 d. At prophylactic purpose it should be applied 2-10 d before the period of the highest risk of infection (prenatal and birth periods, period of possible contact with infected material or Brucella culture) and during this period. Derivatives of 4-isopropyltoluene should be introduced together with immunostimulants, low-molecular nucleic acids and antimicrobial preparations.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy and prophylaxis.
