FIELD: antenna manufacture, namely processes for making wave guide apparatuses of aluminum alloys, possibly used in radio industry branch, in instrument making, in aircraft making industry branch.
SUBSTANCE: method is realized due to assembling aluminum parts of wave-guide and soldering them. Novelty is application (before assembling process) of functional copper layer with thickness 6 - 15 micrometers onto all parts forming wave-guide distribution system, further application of layer of tin-containing alloy with thickness 0.5 -1.5 micrometers and then assembling all parts to single unit at mutual fixation of joined parts, soldering assembled parts with use of low-temperature solder.
EFFECT: manufacture of wave-guide distribution systems of aluminum alloys with high accuracy degree, without deforming, straightening and mechanical working of parts.
