FIELD: brazing. SUBSTANCE: copper layer, thickness 7-15 μm is applied to ribbed surface of aluminium plate and then plate is subjected to heat treatment in vacuum furnace at temperature of 430-470 C for 40-60 min. Layer of nickel or copper, thickness 7-15 μm is applied by electroplating to heat resistant alloy plate to be brazed. Lead tin all solder is applied to one of plates and brazed is carried out in protective medium at temperature exceeding solder melting point by 50-70 C. Brazing can be done both in vacuum furnace and by means of soldering iron under flux. EFFECT: increased strength and tightness of soldered joints in articles exposed to aggressive media and vibration in operation.
