FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method can be used for soldering of products of any complexity, including thin-walled ones, from steel and/or materials based on copper or copper alloys. A coating from galvanic nickel with thickness of 21-30 mcm is applied to the soldered surface. Products are assembled using a silver-containing solder alloy 0.05-2.5 mcm thick. Assembled products are pre-heated to the temperature of 550-800°C in vacuum of 1·10-2-2·10-3 mm Hg with exposure during 30-40 minutes. Further heating is performed to soldering temperature equal to 650-950°C with exposure during 6-10 minutes. Then, temperature is quickly reduced to 600°C and soldered products together with the furnace are cooled.
EFFECT: method allows reducing oxidation of surface of the soldered material, excluding changes in its structure and minimising deformation.
