SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metalloprotease inhibitors comprising heterocyclic side chain of the general formula (I):
wherein R1 means -OH or -NHOH; R2 means hydrogen atom or alkyl; A means substituted or unsubstituted monocyclic heterocycloalkyl with 3-8 atoms in ring among them 1-3 atoms are heteroatoms; or A + R2 form in common monocyclic heterocycloalkyl with 3-8 atoms in ring among them 1-3 atoms are heteroatoms; n = 0 or 1; E means a covalent bond, (C1-C3)-alkyl, -C(=O)-, -C(=O)O-, C(=O)N(R3)-, -SO2. Compounds are inhibitors of metalloproteases and effective agents in treatment of states characterizing the excessive activity of indicated enzymes. Invention describes also pharmaceutical composition based on these compounds.
