FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of heat treatment of the castings from refractory nickel alloy includes application to the casting surface of the protective coating, comprising at least one layer of ceramics, heating and holding at temperature above temperature of solidus of casting alloy, and casting cooling with further protective layer removal. Heating, holding and cooling are performed at pressure 80-220 MPa, wherein heating and holding are performed at temperature above temperature of solidus of casting alloy by 15-80°C.
EFFECT: microporosity is removed, primary eutectic phase is soluble upon absence of the surface vacuum de-etching of the castings, and reduced time of castings heat treatment by 2-2,5 times.
