FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to receiving of products from multicomponent monocrystalline heat-resistant alloys on the basis of nickel, mainly blades and other details of gas turbine engine and gas-turbine unit in aircraft and power industries. Foundry goods are received by casting by method of directional crystallisation and implemented prefiring in the range of temperatures from unbalanced solidus till the temperature for 5-20°C exceeding the temperature of total dissolution of hardening γ'-phase. Then it is implemented hot isostatic pressing of foundry at the pressure of inert gas 120-210 MPa and heat treatment including homogenising, consisting of stepped heating with isothermal isolation, tempering and aging. At least one step of homogenising is combined with hot isostatic pressing.
EFFECT: increasing of yield without recrystallized grains in which it is almost absent microporosity with reduction of process duration.
