FIELD: power-generating boilers; municipal services; heating systems and hot water supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed furnace facility includes combustion chamber, nozzle base for combustion chamber and ash accumulating and discharge chamber. Base of combustion chamber is made from square tubes mounted at clearance for passage of ash; welded in square tubes are nozzle tubes with umbrella-shaped heads for delivery of blast air to combustion chamber. Ash accumulating and discharge chamber is equipped with automated screw-type unloading units ensuring constant dynamic level of ash in combustion chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of entrainment of ash during combustion of liquid coal fuel at size of particles of 0-2 mm.
