FIELD: way of controlling temperature during data transmission in radio communication systems.

SUBSTANCE: mobile station has working temperature measuring device. When measured temperature exceeds predetermined threshold value, mobile station can reduce its transmission speed thereby reducing power dissipated in device. Mobile station informs system about reduction in transmission speed with the result that system can relocate free resources such as time intervals and/or expansion codes. Mobile station can also inform user about changes in transmission speed and/or temperature in mobile station whereupon user can shift to more favorable location for transmission.

EFFECT: improved operating reliability of system as a whole.
