SUBSTANCE: emulsion food product comprises refined deodorized vegetable oil, dry egg, milk protein, sand sugar, iodized edible salt, ground mustard, 70%-acidic acid, vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2; PP, B5; B6 Bc, B12, C, H, potassium sorbate, sodium glutamate, 5%-beta-carotene emulsion, lactose, monoglycerides, potato or corn starch, food soda, and water. Mentioned components are used in predetermined ratios for each emulsion food product.
EFFECT: increased biological activity of product owing to synergetic effect resulted from usage of vitamins, provision for maintaining of normal functional activity of organism's organs and systems at increasing share of fats convertible into cells energy, and reduced risk of cardiovascular diseases.
