FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method involves taking film of an object with scale ruler being used. Three reference color strips are additionally drawn over the ruler surface: blue one, green one and yellow one. Pixel values of those color strips on the scale ruler are equal to R=255, G=0, B=0 in the case of red strip, R=0, G=255, B=0 in the case of green strip, R=0, G=0, B=255 in the case of blue strip. After producing digital photocopy of an object, color composition of pixel values on the screen is looked through. Distortions of color composition of pixel values on the screen on the scale ruler are interpreted in terms of adequacy of color presentation on digital photocopy. Varying photocopy pixel composition with graphics editors, it is possible to produce image color quality resulting in scale ruler pixels that assume initial value.
EFFECT: high quality of color images.
