FIELD: medical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has L-shaped body. Less part of the device body has montage means and the greater one has movable and fixable connection to elongated removable bar. The removable bar has end guide member having working canal. The working canal is directed across the longitudinal axis. A greater part of the L-shaped device body is connected to the removable bar by means of transverse axle with pressure member. The transverse axle is arranged in device body bent plane and has fixing member. The fixing member is mounted on in transverse slit. The transverse slit is available in the bar. The end guide member is removable bushing and has working canal of special design for introducing drill and self-tapping threaded instrument having working outer diameter. The working outer diameter is greater than working canal diameter. Elongated removable bar arranged along the working axle has additional holes for fastening removable bushing.
