FIELD: concentration of natural minerals by a gravity method.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a multilevel concentration complex with ultrasonic initiation intended to concentrate natural minerals from ores and placers using a gravitational method. The concentration complex contains: a housing, a rotating distributor of supply, the circular sieves partitioning the above-lattice and under lattice sections, a launder for a high-density faction and a launder for a low density faction. The above-lattice and under-lattice sections are divided into sectors by elements. The device of initiation of pulsations is supplied with the ultrasonic emitters, sensors to fix the dynamic properties of a medium, integrators, converters and a controller of parameters of ultrasonic emission. The device of initiation of pulsations is fixed on the bottoms of sectors of the under-lattice sections. Sensors of fixing of dynamic properties of a medium are installed in each sector of the above-lattice sections. Elements of each consequent level are executed in height without positive allowances with mating surfaces of the circular sieves and the bottoms of the under-lattice sections of the previous levels. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of the concentration process of valuable natural minerals from ores and placers.
