FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: method for preparing diffusion juice involves washing out the raw, its grinding to chips, extraction of chips with extractant and removing diffusion juice and pulp and addition of a bactericide substance during raw grinding. As a bactericide substance the method involves using anolyte prepared from sodium chloride in the concentration 1-3 g/dm3 by treatment in anode chamber of diaphragm electrolyzer. Anolyte shows pH value 2.0-3.5 and oxidative-reducing potential value +900 - +1200 mV relatively to chlorine-silver electrode as a comparator. In the process of extraction method involves using anolyte as an extractant with pH value 6.2-6.6 and oxidative-reducing potential value +350 - +450 mV relatively to chlorine-silver electrode as a comparator prepared from ammonium sulfate by treatment in anode chamber of diaphragm electrolyzer. Extraction is carried out at temperature 55-67 C. Invention provides improving juice quality due to its enhancing purity.
