FIELD: oil extractive industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has branch pipe with ball support, located in socket of armature T-joint, and a body with a cover. Also provided are upper and lower compacting chambers filled with pack. Body with cover between upper and lower compacting chambers is provided with oil chamber for oiling of pack. Oil chamber is made with additional function of forced cooling of mouth rod of well pump. Outer side of body between upper and lower compacting chambers has concentrically mounted cylindrical heat-exchanging cover. Oil chamber and heat-exchanging cover are hydraulically connected to each other by means of radial apertures. Heat-exchanging cover is made with plate ribs, passage-way plug for gas outlet, refueling channel with cover and drainage channel. Radial apertures are made in body on different levels along height of oil chamber for convective heat emission between mouth rod and oiling fluid. Heat-exchanging cover is filled with oiling fluid.

EFFECT: higher reliability of operation and comfortable maintenance of mouth packer device in well due to providing for constant oiling of pack and forced cooling of mouth rod of the plant.
