FIELD: infrared imaging.
SUBSTANCE: device has infrared lens, vacuum case with front and rear windows carrying antireflection coating. Case houses diaphragm, temperature stabilizer and plane-parallel substrate made of semiconductor or dielectric material clear for visible light carrying light-absorbing plates anchored on its front surface and mirror metal surface facing substrate. Salient feature of device consists in application of conducting layer clear for visible light on frontal surface of substrate and addition of voltage source which output is connected to conducting layer visible for light and which other output is connected to current conducting vacuum case. Light absorbing plates are produced from two layers of materials with different coefficients of thermal expansion. Line connecting points of attachment of plates passes through center of gravity of light absorbing plate.
EFFECT: enhanced sensitivity of device, improved homogeneity of characteristics of elements of matrix unit.
