Ultrasound diagnostics of the state of the musculoskeletal system, palpation of the superficial and deep muscles in the pain area are carried out, and areas requiring therapeutic effects are identified. At the first stage, with pain syndrome from 4 to 10 according to VAS, local injection therapy is performed with needle guidance under ultrasound control, while manual therapy techniques are performed using soft techniques. After reducing the pain syndrome to less than 4 according to VAS, the second stage of treatment is carried out, at which kinesiotherapy is prescribed under the supervision of the doctor. In the absence of pain syndrome, the patient is transferred to the third stage of treatment with the prescription of individual remedial gymnastics.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of pain syndrome treatment while reducing the treatment time and increasing the duration of remission after treatment due to the combination of techniques of the claimed invention.
