FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: process involves introducing water into cracking feedstock and ultrasonic treatment thereof in reaction zone followed by isolation of desired products. Ware and feedstock are fed into mixer before ultrasonic treatment and a surfactant, in particular sulfonic acid salts, is additionally introduced into mixer. Resulting emulsion is routed to reaction zone at volumetric flow rate 10-40 h-1 and simultaneously activation gas is fed into reaction zone at volumetric flow rate 5-25 h-1. Cracking products are gasoline and diesel fractions.
EFFECT: reduced thermal stresses in raw meal preparation step.
