FIELD: building structures, particularly for water- and vapor-proofing vertical and ceiling stony surfaces, frame structures of buildings and constructions and structural members thereof.

SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminary forming roughened surface including depressions in the form of truncated pyramid which major bases face structure surface by means of special roller, wherein roughened surface is created on vertical and floor stony building structure on newly-formed cement-sand bed or by applying new cement-sand layer on old coarse concrete; applying isolation and protective plaster layers on floor structure surfaces with isolation joint areas by well-known methods after structure erection. Device for implementation above method includes at least one roller with prism-shaped pins formed on cylindrical outer surface thereof and located in staggered rows, and the second roller with smooth cylindrical surface.

EFFECT: improves bonding of vertical and ceiling surfaces with water-proofing protective layers without usage of protective walls and reinforced structures, increased impermeability to water, extended service life of protective layer, reduced building material consumption.
