FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: p-n junction ta element depending for its operation on Peltier and Seebeck effects brings in noise reducing effect preventing detrimental impact of white noise contained in ac wave when feeding from commercially available ac power supply, or stray noise or the like caused by electromagnetic interference in electromagnetic device being energized; this element is characterized in effective wiring at design or manufacturing stage in each low-power functional circuit which makes it possible to adapt device furnished with this element used as component part of device or as self-contained unit to high-power circuit. Self-contained unit is designed so that at least one line running to electromagnetic device is divided between input ac power lead and output lead into parallel circuits a and b, and diodes da, db, as well as p-n junction element ta, tb are connected to each circuit thereby facilitating its use.
EFFECT: facilitated manufacture and adaptation of device provided with this element to high-power circuit.
