FIELD: medicine; oncology.
SUBSTANCE: primary test is made to estimate stage of process, and then current-conducting liquid is infused into abdominal intraperitonially. As the liquid, physiologic solution in amount of 1.5-2 liters is used being preliminary heated on water bath. Then needle electrodes are introduced into abdominal to submerge intra-abdominal parts of needle electrodes into current-conducting liquid. After needle electrodes are disposed in abdominal the electrodes are connected to high-frequency energy source and high-frequency energy is applied with frequency of 13,56 MHz. Temperature is subject to permanent monitoring inside abdominal by means of invasive temperature detectors. After high-frequency source is switched on, the current-conducting liquid is subject to heating first in abdominal and then temperature is kept to certain level. During specified time the current-conducting liquid is subject to heating farther, after that needle electrodes are removed from abdominal. Primary testing accompanied with revision of abdominal to estimate stage of process is made either before operation or by means of laparoscopy. After preliminary test is finished, abdominal is subject to drainage by means at least of two drainage tubes. Current-conducting liquid is infused by intravenal infusion dropping bottle at temperature of 37-38°C. Chemical products are introduced into abdominal through drainage tubes. After needle electrodes are introduced, drainage tubes are removed from abdominal while releasing needle electrodes. Current-conducting liquid is subject to heating during 1-2 minutes till reaching temperature of 45-47°C to keep to the temperature during 45-60 minutes. After needle electrodes are removed from abdominal, drainage openings are stitched.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of cure due to higher precision of diagnostics.
