FIELD: foundry, possibly manufacture of blades of gas turbine engines by casting.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of keeping ceramic cores in solution of binder containing next ingredients, mass %: organic resin, 8 - 60; curing agent, 1.2 - 12; acetone, the balance; drying cores at temperature 5 -35 C for 10 -12 min.; after drying, keeping cores in solution of binder with next content, mass %: silicone polymer or organoaluminum polymer, 30 -75; organic dissolving agent, the balance; performing second drying process for 15 -100 min at temperature 17 -290 C.
EFFECT: possibility for providing improved strength of cores at pressing pattern mass and at pouring melt to ceramic molds.
