SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of foundry. The method for making casting molds using liquid-filled self-hardening mixtures in the production of castings from heat-resistant alloys using investment patterns includes making a model block, applying a refractory coating to it, sprinkling each layer with granular white electrocorundum, drying, removing patterns and calcining the mold. In hard-to-reach areas of the casting mold, filling rods are formed using liquid-filled self-hardening mixtures, including, wt.%: refractory filler in the form of granular white electrocorundum 0.01-23.0, powdered hardener in the form of alkaline earth metal oxide 2.0-5.0 and a ready-to-use suspension of the face layer based on an acidic aqueous colloidal binder - the rest. Filling of hard-to-reach places of the mold is carried out with the application of vibration on the model before it is placed in the model block and/or after the application and drying of at least one face layer of the casting mold.

EFFECT: invention provides a dense and durable casting rod, improving the quality of castings.
