FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: manipulator is related to devices that are used in maintenance of machines, lathes, presses and other equipment. It contains transfer mechanism, actuator mechanism with grips for items catching and drive. Transfer mechanism includes kinematically connected crank, slider that is movably conjugated to outlet link - rotating rod with gear sector fixed on it. Actuating mechanism is made in the form of level-cam mechanism, which includes master link in the form of pusher with rack bar, outlet links with grips for items catching and fixed master cam with figured slots for interaction with rollers of outlet links. Rollers are installed at outlet links for conjugation with master cam figured slots. Tooth sector and rack bar are kinematically connected between each other. Kinematic connection of sector and rack bar is equipped with additional elements toothing in the form of gear wheels system for conjugation with tooth sector and rack bar. System of gear wheels includes small and large gear wheels, which are rigidly and coaxially fixed to each other, at that small wheel is conjugated with tooth sector, and the large one - with the rack bar.
EFFECT: expansion of technological resources of manipulator.
