FIELD: pisciculture.
SUBSTANCE: spermatic samples both before and after cryoconservation should be subjected to the impact of radioactive indicator of free radical reactions followed by measuring radioactivity of samples due to liquid scintillation technique. Degree of membrane damage should be evaluated according to altered level of labeled free radicals there, one should consider samples to be viable if their value of altered level of free radicals is not above 30-50%. The method is of sufficient sensitivity for detection being very simple in implementation.
