FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for stem cell cryopreservation involves preparing a stem cell suspension and adding a cryoprotector solution to the above suspension with constant stirring, which is followed by cryopreservation, wherein the cyoprotector added to the suspension is 50% DMSO in rheopolyglucin to the final DMSO concentration of 10% in the prepared suspension. The group of inventions also concerns a combination cryoprotector for stem cell cryopreservation, containing 50% DMSO in rheopolyglucin.
EFFECT: creating the cryoprotector with a lower molecular weight and lower DMSO concentration for improving post-thawing cell preservation.
