FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: accelerometer comprises a body, the first plate with an outer movable part, an inner fixed part and their connecting elastic links along the axis of the suspension, a differential capacitance converter of a position, the second plate with electrodes, the third plate, a magnetoelectric power converter with a permanent magnet and a compensation coil, a weight on the movable part of the first plate, an amplifier. In accordance with the invention the weight on the movable part of the first plate is located above the axis of the suspension, the side of the part of the second plate above the axis of the suspension is made as rectilinear, the distance of the rectilinear side of the second plate from the axis of the suspension is made in accordance with the rated ratio.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement acceleration.
