SUBSTANCE: for rendering services of all kinds to equipment of network subscribers proposed method and device involve organization of database with desired strategy of its construction chosen as follows: centralization, decentralization, or combination thereof, for electronic data fund centers entered in switch nodes. In order to obtain desired information subscriber generates request to subscriber's equipment and sends it to electronic data fund center over connection established by means of switch nodes. In the process network database is increased and updated by information data in compliance with desired range of services.
EFFECT: enlarged range of rendered services and reduced load on public switched network.
