FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method involves seeding explants on nutrient medium and their culturing. The nutrient medium contains hydroxybenzoic acid as a phenolic compound additionally, for example, salicylic, gallic or syringic acid that can be used as hydroxybenzoic acid and taken in the concentration (1 x 10-4)-(6 x 10-4) M. Then method involves 2-3 successive subculturing explants on nutrient medium. Invention provides enhancing the effectiveness of sanitation of plants against viruses, to reduce cost of the sanitation process and to diminish danger for human health.
EFFECT: improved and enhanced sanitation method.
