FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention is a method for in vitro clonal micropropagation of varietal hop, including sterilization of two-bud stalks with subsequent cultivation on nutrient medium, propagation of shoots, their rooting with subsequent adaptation to ex vitro conditions.
EFFECT: invention allows for an increase in a propagation coefficient in a separate passage, increase in the duration of cultivation (a number of subsequent passages) with a high propagation coefficient, improvement of the quality and viability of regenerating plants in long-term subcultivation.
