SUBSTANCE: invention is a method of increasing the efficiency of plant rhizogenesis in vitro, which consists in the fact that the explants with the basal part are planted on a nutrient rooting medium according to the Murashige-Skoog formulation containing 1 mg/l β-indolebutyric acid, with the addition of 1–50 mg/l of caffeine.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of rhizogenesis in vitro of microcurrents of plants cultivated on nutrient media.
