FIELD: physico-chemical technologies of hydrogen and oxygen production.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of sheet electrotechnical anisotropic steel and is dealt with the iron and steel industry and may be used in production of sheet anisotropic electrotechnical steel by a nitride variant intended for manufacture of the large-sized magnetic cores with the especially low losses at the magnetic reversal. The technical result of the invention is improvement of quality of a surface of the finished anisotropic electrotechnical sheet steel. For this purpose the method of production of the sheet electrotechnical anisotropic steel provides for its smelting, casting, hot rolling, pickling, twofold cold rolling with a decarburizing annealing while being in intermediate width, flattening of the cold-hardened strips after the second cold rolling by extension with a bending down, application of a protective coating and the final high-temperature annealing in densely winded rolls. Before rolling by extension with a bending the sheet band is preheated up to the temperature of 50-200°С.
EFFECT: the invention allows to improve the quality of the surface of the finished anisotropic electrotechnical sheet steel.
