FIELD: equipment for cyclone-type cleaner.
SUBSTANCE: grid is arranged in upper part of air-discharge channel in cyclone casing, where sucked air is vortex and contaminants are separated from vortex air flow by centrifugal force of said air flow. Grid is adapted for preventing contaminants from sucking into vacuumizer of vacuum cleaner. Grid has casing with set of channels, where lines continuing axial lines of said channels are arranged at an acute angle relative to vortex air flow direction, and protective screen connected with grid casing through detachable joint and adapted for baffling of contaminants involved in air flow into grid casing, into vortex air flow. According to another version, grid has casing with set of blades arranged on outer periphery of grid casing at predetermined distance from one another for passage of air flow through spaces between blades, where lines continuing axial lines of blade profiles are arranged at an acute angle relative to vortex air flow direction. Blade space and angle between lines continuing axial lines of blade profiles and direction of vortex air flow are set on condition that adjacent blades overlap one another by 10-15%, when blades are reflected onto imaginary cylindrical surface axially aligned with blades.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in dust catching by decreasing amounts of contaminants involved into vacuumizer through grid.
