FIELD: medical diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: information and computer methods for medical diagnostics, in particular optical methods for diagnosing oncological diseases, specifically to methods for analyzing the state of biological tissues using diffuse scattering and absorption spectra in a wide spectral range, fluorescence and Raman scattering. A method for recording and processing optical biopsy data in a dynamic mode consists of gradually introducing an optical probe needle into the patient’s body to illuminate a local area of tissue and transmit the reflected radiation to the spectrometric system via fiber-optic communication, simultaneously with recording the current position of the needle tip and the pressure force exerted by the needle on the tissue. The readings from the position and force sensors are used to automatically filter and correct the observed spectra in real time. Using a position sensor, the value of the instantaneous speed is determined, which, together with the reading of the force sensor, is used to correct the driving force of the motorized insertion of the needle into the patient's body. In a three-dimensional coordinate system, the visual control device used determines the current position of the needle tip and corrects the input direction.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy and reliability of optical diagnostics is achieved by adjusting the results when analyzing spectra using the readings of position and force sensors to compensate for distortions introduced by uneven movement and pressure of the optical probe needle on the tissue.
